
Macamilse lette a la chef a la la ra

This Saturday, when I had to make my own breakfast and lunch as usual (because my mom rarely cooks at weekend), I made macaroni without being cooked as macaroni schotel (which my mom usually made), for the first time.
It’s really delicious, and I prefer eating it without any seasoning (like pasta sauce, cheese, etc), just add some cooking oil (minyak goreng basa inggrisnya itu bukan?) and salt while cooking the macaroni in boiled water.
And suddenly something whispered on my brain “put milk in it.. put milk…miiilkk” so i make some kind of macaroni omelette with milk and cheese for lunch, I call it “macamilse lette ala chef ala la ra”, what a fancy name.
the ingredients are :
- Macaroni
- Milk
- Cheese
- Egg
- Random seasoning I found in the kitchen which put it in without even knowing what it was
Just add it according your creativity and stir it like crazy. hiyaaah. Long live the power of randomness!!
My mom once said that things that contains milk and cheese are always delicious, and maybe that’s true.
Note : dont add pasta sauce, it will make you wanna throw out.
